At this summit, Straw Holding Company and Beijing Yingherui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will utilize straws and livestock manure in the counties, and use the collection, storage and transportation system of Straw Holding Company to provide high-quality, low-price and stable raw materials for the biomass biogas project of Yingherui.
In the field of biomass biogas, Yingherui is a well-known company with proprietary technology. Over the years, the company has maintained scientific research cooperation with well-known European technology companies and developed a series of equipment and processes especially suitable for Chinese raw materials. For example, the ABDP anaerobic biological multiplication technology for low-concentration livestock manure in China can enable anaerobic systems to obtain better microbial flora concentration, achieve higher organic loading and improve the efficiency of organic biological decomposition, thereby obtaining a higher biogas yield. For another example, there is also the cellulose hydrolysis technology developed for fermentation raw materials with high cellulose contents such as green-stored corn straws, dry straws, wheat straws and rice straws, as well as the “green production line” for organic fertilizers, which can produce high-quality organic fertilizers with rich contents of NPK, micro-elements and amino acid.
The urban and rural organic wastes in China are in extensive categories, including kitchen waste, urban organic sludge, livestock manure, crop straws, organic waste water, etc. These raw materials have the characteristics such as complex in varieties, large in quantity, large in pollution area, difficult to be collected and supervised, and posing a wide range of hazards. Targeting such characteristics, Yingherui adopts the mode of well-organized collection and centralized treatment, which can solve the problem of environmental pollution and produce clean energy and organic fertilizer.
